The Studios

The spacious Live Room (20’ x 30’ x 11’) offers beautiful natural acoustics and is home to a remarkable collection of instruments, including a Yamaha G0 Baby Grand piano, Yamaha U1 Upright piano, Wurlitzer 120, Philicorda GM754, Hammond M3 organ, and a Leslie 760 rotary speaker.
The Control Room is designed for both tracking and mixing, equipped with pristine monitoring, high-end analog gear, a selection of vintage and modern preamps, and the Burl Mothership B80 interface with Dante connectivity. Monitoring is powered by the Burl B26 Orca, delivering clear, open analog summing, and a precise stereo image. Paired with Barefoot MM45 monitors, the room offers exceptionally accurate playback, revealing even the most subtle details in a mix - ensuring artists and engineers can make confident creative decisions in a sonically transparent environment.
The versatile Artist’s Workshop is perfect for writing sessions, overdubs, and hands-on production, and features a wide variety of keyboards and synths to spark creativity.
The relaxed, lounge-style Living Room is wired with XLR connections, allowing artists to record directly into the control room in a comfortable, inspiring environment.
Our isolated Vocal Booth provides the clarity and intimacy needed for standout vocal and solo instrument recordings, and also doubles as an amp room - offering the isolation and control required for reamping and capturing detailed guitar tones.
